Plant Description:

A herbaceous, short, perennial plant with a height of about 20 cm

Bluish-green leaves with deep cuts and covered with hairs

Yellow and white flowers that appear in summer

Straight, thick root, 20 to 25 cm long, with a burning and spicy taste

Origin:

Native to North Africa and Algeria

Also found in India, Syria, Morocco, southern Europe and Asia
