Properties and Usage

Ingestion: Brew a teaspoon of plantain seeds in a glass of warm water with honey 3 times a day or brew plantain leaves 2 cups a day: Stimulates the endocrine glands (bayonet plantain), anti-dropsy. Mild laxative, anti-cough, chest softener, anti-tonsillitis, anti-diarrhea, anti-internal bleeding, anti-blood fat, anti-pulmonary bleeding, blood purifier, liver strengthening, thirst quencher, anti-malaria, anti-recurrent urination, growth stimulant, anti-inflammatory of internal organs, anti-gonorrhea, anti-bloody mucus, relieves burning sensation in the urinary tract.

Washing with leaf infusion: relieves redness of the eyes, anti-purulent wounds, anti-pimples on the face (pride), anti-insect bites, relieves feminine discharge, anti-gonorrhea

Gargling: relieves sore throat and inflammation of the throat and oral mucosa
